Links after the NSR-700 decoding monitor, the PC with software of brief global nautical chart system installed in, shows the ships’ code numbers, the latitude and longitude of the ship’s location, ship's speed, azimuth and GMT time on the screen. This system can record 50 groups of GPS buoys’ data in the same time; press down the serial number of the buoy to show this buoy’s GMT time, location, the distance from the ship or shore and its position immediately.

Besides, this system provides the measure tool to know the distance and azimuth between the mother vessel and the buoys; it’s more convenient for the captain to control the trend of the buoys as necessary and decide the sailing direction. By using this system, the effect of saving time and fuel oils has been fully displayed.
